Alex founded the Firm to represent injured people and their families in claims against wrongdoers. Many of Alex’s clients have lost a loved one or have been so seriously injured by the negligence of a wrongdoer that they feel they have “lost it all”. Alex has had great success in helping devastated people and families protect their rights, reach fair resolution of their claims and begin to rebuild their lives.

Many wrongdoers feel they have no obligation to the people and families they hurt. Some of these wrongdoers will go about their business and often conduct themselves in the same manner as they did when they caused injury. Many wrongdoers begin their investigation at the accident scene. They send their lawyers and investigators to the scene as soon as possible. They do this to gather facts so that they can begin their defense against you. It is imperative that you contact an attorney as soon as possible. An attorney can help preserve evidence, interview witnesses and protect your claims. Contact us now to discuss your case with an experienced legal professional.

Alex knows first hand how these wrongdoers go about shirking their responsibility. Prior to founding the Firm, he represented insurance companies, trucking companies , numerous manufacturers and distributors of products, ranging from ATV’s to asbestos and medical products. Alex has also defended and prosecuted construction defects and accidents, railroad negligence, malpractice, automobile, aviation and hot-air balloon claims, and professional and stock broker negligence claims.

Many of the claims against these companies and people arose out of catastrophic personal injuries and wrongful deaths. Alex knows how companies investigate and defend claims. Alex has personal knowledge, experience and understands how these big insurance companies evaluate the legal issues in these cases, set monetary values for your claims and how they defend themselves against lawsuits. Contact us, to see if he can put this knowledge to work for you.
